Sutton's Delusions

Thanks to Bob Allen at Ethics Daily for his coverage of Justice Sunday II.

I was astonished to see the quote from Jerry Sutton, pastor of the church that hosted the event:
"I've heard a lot recently about Terri Schiavo," he said. "She was murdered by a combination of an adulterous husband, a corrupt court and a medical establishment with no conscience."
Jerry Sutton and I were in classes together at Southwestern Seminary. That was before he suffered from the delusion that he possessed any competency to refute Jeb Bush's criminal investigators and to submit indictments of both the doctors and the judges whose proficiency has been confirmed by autopsy reports.

When we were grading each other's papers in Clyde Glazener's Greek class, Jerry certainly possessed more humility.

Dr. Bruce, when were you at Southwest? It sounds as if you may have been there at the same time as my husband --
