The United Church of Christ has developed a thought provoking advertising campaign called "God is Still Speaking."
The advertisements have proven so provoking that ABC has refused to air their advertisements.
While Fundamentalist Christians are broadcasting their brand of Christianity around the clock on both television and radio, liberal Christians can't even get 30 second advertisements broadcast. Whose message is really being silenced?

Liberal christians aren't getting on chat shows as often as conservative christians because they aren't seen as an important liberal core constituency. The overall tone of the left is very secular compared to the right. Often liberal politicians don't help much either. For instance, look at the poor rhetorical quality of Hillary's recent immigration remarks.
Fundamentalists and evangelicals are also on the airwaves so much because they own radio and TV networks. The 700 club is only on the air because ABC Family is contractually obligated to show it. Christian Radio is much the same way, Christian groups own the stations.
The UMC is currently airing a lot of commercials on cable. And they aren't conservative yet. So the bias against liberal christians is not all-encompassing.
