I'm fine with lifting the tax cap as long as they lift the benefits cap as well. That is the reason why the tax cap exists after all.
I think the graph illustrates the acceptance to a combination of raising, or eliminating, the salary cap and raising taxes.
In the present toxic environment I'm afraid that the tea baggers would jump on this as another "Obama" issue. I don't think the GOP can control the dogs they have let loose.
