Rumsfeld and Gonzalez Should Resign

If the information that was documented last night on PBS's Frontline is accurate, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld should resign. So should Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez.

Their policies clearly led to the use of torture as an interrogation technique at Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib.

I saw this too. I agree.

On second thought, if it's true, they should be fired.

Thugs never resign, and Bush has never fired a crony. Wishful thinking. Any other President would have canned Rummy long ago, and would have never placed Gonzalez in that position in the first place.

In the words of Adrian Cronower, "This is not going to look good on my resume!"
