We talk about the so-called "Religious Viewpoints Anti-Discrimination Act" that was adopted as 2007 Texas House Bill 3678 last year. Last week a nearly identical bill passed the House Education Committee in Oklahoma as the 2008 Oklahoma House Bill 2211. This legislation would more aptly be labelled "An Act Securing a Captive Audience for Public School Prayers and Devotions."
