Regarding Bubba(s)

I am more than happy to engage in honest, respectful dialogue with people who disagree with the positions I take on this blog.

Those whose intention is to post the equivalent of electronic graffitti will discover that I will persist in erasing their gang insignias.

Snoofy,

I enjoy passionate debate as much or more than anyone.

When debaters become rude and obnoxious, it's not fun any more.

I had read quite a few of "Bubba's" posts and found them not to be profane, hateful, or mischievious in any way. All of those things would amount to a legitimate clearing of those particular posts - however Bruce has went back and deleted every post this person has made. I may not have read all of Bubba's posts but I can in good conscience say that the ones that I read were not worthy of being deleted. Now that all of the posts have been deleted, no one can judge for themselves...they have been censored and declared to not be worthy of being seen and read. All we have in explanation is:

>Those whose intention is to post the equivalent of electronic graffitti will discover that I will persist in erasing their gang insignias.

What does that mean? For Bruce to take such a drastic action, I would hope for a clearer, more understandable reason than that. I do not understand his reasoning.

Roger,

Some people just won't get it.

Bubba is free to start his own blog and post all the graffitti about me that he wants on it.

I'm not wasting any more time responding to it. This blog is my electronic home, I'll just erase it here.

I have been reading this site for a while now and it is evidently not a site for dialogue and discussion. Bubba was a very respectful dissenter, but he was not given the same respect.
It is easy enough to insult and misrepresent, but more difficult to defend your position when it does not have good authority to be based upon, such as the Word.

Bubba,

I'll grant you your wish on this one.

And I encourage readers to visit your blog.
