Bruce: I would hope several of your panelists are familiar with James Ault's Spirit and Flesh, published in 2004 and endorsed by Gus Niebuhr, among others; Gus formerly of Wall Street Journal and Atlanta Constituion, now on the faculty of Syracuse.
Ault's last section, his concluding chapters are must reads for anyone who wants a better understanding of fundamentalists, and insight into how to nurture their pilgrimage toward Progressive Kingdom of God Politics.
