Oceans Rising

I found this news report about scientists warning that the Arctic ice cap has already melted beyond historic summer levels. The last sentence stood out:
Now some scientists are wondering if the melting of the sea ice has already gone beyond a critical threshold from which it can't recover.

You can be sure that no one in the current administration is worried. They don't plan on being around when Florida and Louisiana become prime attractions for scuba divers.

"You can be sure that no one in the current administration is worried."

Doesn't that sound a bit stereotypical just to throw every single administration employee into the same boat? I know Baptists love stereotypes, but come on...

pedroelan,

You are probably right about the statement as written being too stereotypical.

I should have said, "No one with authority to do something in the current administration is worried."
