British Foreign Office Calls Bombing Raids "Illegal"

Britain's Sunday Times published a story yesterday about the pre-war pressure on Iraq under the title, "British bombing raids were illegal, says Foreign Office." The British bombing raids were carried out in conjunction with American bombing raids.
